1. The Promoter of this campaign is Zebra Technologies Asia Pacific Pte Ltd of 182 Cecil Street, Frasers Tower, #08-01, Singapore 069547
2. Eligibility: This campaign is only open to Zebra Technologies Channel Partners located in the Asia Pacific Region.
3. Campaign Details:
a. This campaign will run from 30 July to 30 September 2021.
b. Partners will need to complete the 2 (Two) Smart Retail Challenge, and bonus reward activity listed and submit documentary proof of completed activities within the campaign period to be eligible.
c. Smart Retail Challenge (30 July – 31 August 2021):
i. Register and attend webinar on 10 August 2021
ii. Share social media post
d. Bonus Reward USD 500 Marketing Credit (30 July – 30 September 2021):
i. Send in USD 30K lead from 30 July to 30 September 2021 to exchange for USD 500 Zebra Marketing Credit
e. The campaign entries will be verified and audited by the Promoter’s judges. The decision of the panel of judges (acting reasonably) will be final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into on such decision.
f. All campaign entries received after the campaign period shall be automatically disqualified unless otherwise decided by the Promoter. The Promoter or its agents will not be responsible for any claims or any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from entries lost, damaged, or delayed because of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of send will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
4. Limitation of Liability: Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter or its agents will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any participant or accept any liability for any cost, expense, claim, loss, damage, personal injury or death arising out of or in connection with this campaign.
5. General:
a. By submitting a campaign entry, all participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
b. In entering the campaign, all participants confirm that they are eligible to do so. In addition, all participants confirm that their participation in the campaign is known to and approved by their employer, the relevant channel partner.
c. The participants will at all times remain the employees of the relevant channel partner.
d. Entries on behalf of another channel partner will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
e. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify any participant if its conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the campaign.
f. Once submitted, campaign entries cannot be retracted and/or amended.
g. All participants agree that the Promoter may, but is not required to, make their entry available on its website www.zebra.com and any other media, whether now known or invented in the future, and in connection with any publicity of the campaign. All participants agree to grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable license of any intellectual property rights in the campaign entry to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store or re-format their campaign entry for such purposes.
h. All participants agree that the Promoter may use their company name for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes relating to this campaign.
i. All participants further agree to participate in any reasonable publicity required by the Promoter.
j. By entering the campaign, all participants agree that any information provided by them with the campaign entry may be used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer the campaign and that such information may be transferred and processed by Zebra, by third parties or on servers located outside of the country where the information was originally provided.

l. The Promoter reserves the right to void, suspend, cancel, or amend the campaign where it becomes necessary to do so at its discretion.
m. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore without reference to its conflict of laws principles, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
